Josh holds an E.d.S in Educational Leadership, an M.A. in Teaching, a B.A. in Liberal arts, and an A.A. in Early Childhood Education. He has over 20 years in education, 18 of those working in classrooms and after-school programs for Greeley-Evans School District 6 (D6). During his time with D6, Josh has served as a classroom teacher for 1st through 5th grade, Smart Lab teacher, a 21st Century Learning Center Specialist, and Elementary Assistant Principal. His leadership background includes roles as a Building Representative, grievance organizer, mediator, and collective bargaining delegate. Known for translating policy into action, Josh has trained D6 staff and administration on board policy, de-escalation practices, and professional standards.

Josh brings deep-rooted experience, strategic leadership, and a passion for advocacy behind advancing an organization’s human capacity goals. Focused on modernizing communication, improving work flows, and building professional trust, Josh prioritizes real solutions for organizations.
