With over 15 years of grant writing expertise and a diverse career working to support healthcare, economic and community development, K-12 education, employee wellness, government, and nonprofit sectors, Emily is dedicated to helping communities and organizations so that people and places can thrive. She holds an undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and dual Master's degrees in Public Health and Urban Planning, a combination that allows her to approach her work with a holistic, research-driven lens focused on community needs. Based in the mountains of rural Colorado, she finds her inspiration in the landscape she calls home, and prides herself on hard work and integrity. When she is not securing funding for impactful projects, you can find her outdoors with her family and friends skiing, mountain biking, gardening, camping, river rafting, or channeling her creativity into painting and playing guitar.
